PDToolKit Application User Training

This course is designed to teach the skills required to use PDToolKit to design a procedure from start to finish. Key areas covered include:

• Application philosophy and use of the user interface in the Procedure Design environment (Dialogs: Tool, Properties, Warnings, Procedure Tree)
• Drawing Settings including coordinate systems and map projections
• Obstacle Analysis and Utilities
• CAD Features – Grouping, Tooltips, Xdata, Obstacle Appearance and Obstacles in reference files
• Reports
• Nominal Track
• Use of XML (attributes and elements) – PDToolKit Parameters, Style Sheets, XML Notepad 2007
• ASD Applications – DataManager, Astute Calculator, AeroDataStore
• Technical Support – Email, Error Reporting Dialog
• Examples of Procedure Design

Duration: The course consists of 5 days of instruction on PDToolKit followed by a 5 day practical workshop to work through your own specific projects under the guidance and support of our PD expert Dean Dalzell.

Price: Course Fees for the 10 day package( excluding accommodation and meals) are £4,000 per student. Please note organisations booking more than 3 students on a course will receive preferential rates.
